Thank you so much for conducting the very satisfactory sale of my apartment in Willow Grove, Canterbury.

I found the work done by Nick Todd and the girls who took the photos and made the plan of the apartment very business like, quick and thorough with all the work they did.

Also I appreciated the phone calls from you or Nick after you had the place open for inspection. It is hard when you are away from 'the action' as I am in Beechworth, to know whether there is interest in the property, unless some contact is kept up to date, as it was from your office.

Thanks again for the great way you conducted the auction, and the very satidfactory way it all finished up.
